What Is Website Settings on PubNinja?

Overview

The Website Settings would allow you to customize your website to suit your brand or to reflect your work. The tools provided here would enable you to fine-tune your website, provide additional information, and structure your website for better user experience. The 'Website Settings' option is under the 'Settings' tab of your dashboard.

Map Custom Domain

A domain name helps you build credibility and brand awareness. A domain name can be bought from websites like GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc. You can then map that domain to PubNinja by simply adding the domain name and following the succeeding steps.

Name And Logo

You can customize your website to showcase your brand by using the following:

a) Favicon - Favicon is the website icon which appears on the tab of your browser when you enter the website. Add a favicon here which reflects your brand identity. The recommended size for a favicon is 16x16 pixels.

b) Website Logo - Your website logo is the visual identity of your brand. Add a logo and it would appear on top when someone visits your website.

c) Brand Name - Add your brand name here.

d) About The Website - Write a few words about your website explaining what the website is meant for.

Social Accounts

You can add your social media handles to your website which will appear on your homepage in the Footer section. You can link your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Flipboard, and YouTube accounts so that your visitors can connect with you on your social media platforms as well.

Pages

You can customize your website and add multiple pages describing various aspects of your website. You can use these pages to provide crucial information to your users like your privacy policy, terms of use, your contact information, etc. among other things. You can add more pages and customize them based on your specific needs.

Categories

You can add categories and subcategories in your website to organize the content better. For example, if you are a photographer, you can add categories like Nature Photography, Wedding Photography, etc. Further, you can add subcategories like Candid Shots, Traditional Shots, etc. to streamline your content. This helps your visitors navigate your website with ease and provides for great user experience.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a great way to monitor the visitors on your website and to get an insight into who your audience is.
